Terms and Conditions
Advertiser agrees to terms and conditions of the current rate card. Advertiser agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless and indemnify All-Breed Stallion Directory for any and all claims, whether legitimate or unfounded, that are made against All-Breed Stallion Directory, it's agents, officers and employees because of the language requested by advertiser. Advertiser agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and costs necessarily incurred by All-Breed Stallion Directory if court action is necessary to enforce the terms of the agreement. All-Breed Stallion Directory will not give refunds. If advertising payments are not received in full by date stated on insertion order, advertisement will not run. If advertiser is making payments on the contracted advertisement, and if these payments are not made for 3 consecutive months, the payments previously received will be forfeited without prior notice. |
